I am so delighted to be opening up my next retreat to you, which will include a beautiful mix of yoga, pilates, wild swimming, forest bathing, sauna and incredible vegetarian whole foods.

Set very close to the autumn equinox - a time of year that naturally invites us to turn inward, listen and feel - this weekend retreat is a beautiful opportunity to deeply unwind and come back to your natural, most connected state of being.
THE LOCATION
Our home for the weekend will be the beautiful handbuilt eco forest - Campwell woods - nestled deep in nature near Bath, and I am so excited to experience this beautiful place with you. Campwell believes that by reconnecting with nature and living more harmoniously with it, we rediscover part of ourselves. The space offers the perfect opportunity for us to embody yogas most essential teaching - remembering our innate connection to all of life.
We will sleep in simple, yet very chic handcrafted yurts, log cabins and cob roundhouses with shared hot showers and composting toilets. The site has a handbuilt roundhouse yoga shala (heated with a woodburner), access to a stunning private wild swimming & a new woodland sauna.

THE PRACTICES
For Tayler, yoga is a living, breathing, embodied practice. It is a life practice which invites us to remember the stillness of our natural state of being, and come into a deep felt connection with life. Movement for Tayler, is a way of connecting to the wisdom of the body and feeling an immense sense of vitality.

On retreat, Tayler weaves the teachings of yoga into movement, breath and stillness, so that one can feel them as a moving life force (prana) in the body. When we move with the teachings of yoga and feel them, we are able to understand them not just intellectually but directly & experientially. On this retreat we will enjoy yoga and pilates classes. Expect energising, dynamic & playful morning classes, and deep stillness & restorative movement in the evening classes. We will meditate in the mornings immersed in the sounds of mother nature.

We are in for an absolute treat!
