OUR
BEAUTIFUL HOME
Flowground is an absolutely gorgeous minimalistic retreat house, nestled amongst paddy fields, just a stretch away from the vibrant beach town Ahangama. The house features 7 bedrooms, an expansive yoga shala surrounded by nature, and a second indoor one, cozy living areas, a spacious outdoor dining spot, and an inviting infinity pool.
Flowground is nestled in lush greens and paddy fields. We’re close enough to the beach that we can go swimming in the ocean every day (!), but far away enough from the buzz of Ahangama that we can fully embrace the sleepy cocoon of retreat life. After hosting this retreat already in Jan 2026, I can honestly say it is the perfect retreat venue, and I had no choice but to come back again!
We are offering this retreat with the option of a non-refundable deposit of £500 per person, with remaining balance being paid in instalments. See Terms & Conditions.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
6 nights accommodation at Flowground Retreat Centre.
Two delicious, substantial and wholesome meals per day from a Sri Lankan private chef (brunch and dinner). During the day it’s nice to have the option to leave the accommodation and explore the local areas, and grab a super affordable lunch.
Exclusive use of two outdoor pools in the paddy fields to lounge around and relax.
1 special workshop (Women’s Herbal Wisdom).
A day trip to a local area (we will decide where closer to the time, depending on the interest of the group - Galle Fort, Hiriketiya etc).
Twice daily extended and deeply meaningful practices with Tayler - yoga, pilates, meditation, dance, energy in motion, yin, restorative (2hr morning practice, 75 - 90 min evening). Our practices will follow a theme throughout the week.
Incredible authentic Ayurvedic treatments - one treatment pp included.
Two beautiful yoga shalas with all props included (indoor & outdoor).
Unlimited herbal teas and filtered water.
An Ayurvedic cooking class - discover the distinct flavours of Sri Lanka.

OPENING TO GRACE
In the non-dual teachings, the moment we open to Grace is the moment we remember the underlying presence and spirit moving through all of life. We open to Grace when we wake up from the illusion of separation - the feeling that there is a me ‘here’ and the world out ‘there’ falls aways and we realise the inherent interconnectedness of life. Grace is experienced in the wonder of a sunset, the feeling of swimming in the ocean, dancing with friends, laughter, in the quiet stillness of walking through a forest, tasting the most delicious food. Grace is the felt sense of our own aliveness and recognising the raw, undomesticated, wondrous, natural beauty of this life. It cannot be named properly because it is a feeling that we all know within us. Grace is the inspiration for this retreat.

"The whole experience was so very special. Tayler shares her knowledge with such passion and joy. Her attention to detail in all she offers from her choice of venue, variety of teaching, soundtracks, balancing just the right amount of offerings with free time and so much more is just outstanding. I am truly grateful to her."

YOUR HOST
My entire life is inspired by and led from the wisdom of yoga. My practice is living, breathing and embodied; it continuously allows me to navigate both the beauty and complexity of this life with greater joy, ease, trust and humility. It is from a place of deep reverence and devotion that I am a facilitator - I practice daily. My practices are guided from the heart and the knowing that each body in the space is already completely Whole, yet completely unique. My style of teaching is intuitive, nourishing, playful and fluid. My offerings are often inspired by nature's elements and are fundamentally about guiding people back to the felt sense of their own aliveness and the deep stillness of their natural, unconditioned state. I see movement and stillness as both doorways to freedom and my teaching is supported and inspired by 1000s of hours of training across Yoga (vinyasa, ashtanga vinyasa, hatha, restorative), Pilates (mat & reformer with Polestar Pilates), somatics, myofascial release and the luminous philosophy of non-dual shaiva tantra. I have been visiting the south coast of Sri Lanka every year (except 2020!) since 2019 and have completely fallen head over heels for the country - the landscape, the ocean, the people, the food, the culture, the spirituality, the pace of life on the island, the wildlife - it really is such a special place, and holds a very special place in my heart. So much inspiration and deep insight in my own practice has been had on this island and it's where one of my dear teachers lives. Please also know that where we are going, is an area I know well. I would be so honoured to have you on this week.
