


Join us in the sweetest slow nectar of late-summer, on our next seasonal day retreat held at a beautiful location in the Wye Valley. Each day retreat we host is inspired by the energy and distinct felt qualities of where we are in the year. In winter we explored rest & tending to our well being in the harsher months; in summer we celebrated the expansivness of spring's arrival. On Nectar, we will come into connection with the sweet golden ripeness of late summer and explore the art of slowing down & truly savouring life’s sweetest moments.
What is at the centre of every day retreat is the exploration of practices that deeply nourish us. A question that runs through each day is ‘what practices bring me back to feeling like me?’. Every single aspect of the day is intentionally chosen to invite people back to their natural state - a 90 minute yoga practice, a satisfying walk in nature, a gua sha workshop, seasonal & delicious whole foods (organic where possible), restorative yoga and a specially curated gift bag.
Nectar is a day of savouring life’s sweetness; a day of choosing devotion over discipline; presence over productivity. Every single time folks remark how much nourishment can be accessed in one day, when we allow ourselves the time & space to just be.

THE LOCATION
The location for this day retreat is very special to me - overlooking the river severn, directly on the offas dyka path, it is the perfect space for our day. It is very accessible from Bristol (30 minutes), Lydney (15 minutes) & Chepstow (5 minutes).

This was just the most perfect day and everything I needed in January and so much more - just to simply be for the day. Tayler is an exceptional teacher and so thoughtfully weaved through a beautiful theme of shifting from ‘doing to being’ and it will stay with me as I move into the rest of my life. All the tiny details were taken care of and the food was delicious, abundant and so nutritious! The workshop was the most indulgent, yet gentle act of self care and Emma is amazing - I can’t wait for the next one!

'Returning to Whole'
Join beautiful Emma as she guides us into restful release and self connection, through holistic, supportive skincare, Qi cultivation, Gua Sha and Facial Massage. Learn self care rituals to amplify your own home routine. If you have attended previous day retreats, please know each time this workshop is different to mirror the seasons and utilises a different techniques. It is literally the same as getting a holistic facial, but learning to do it yourself! You will receive a sample size of Seabuckthorn Oil to use for the workshop (living libations).
