

WELCOME
Perhaps what draws me most to yoga and meditation is that it does not demand anything specific outside of oneself - it is always accessible to us, as long as we remain open and curious. It is a practice which truly meets you where you are. I believe that the holistic approach of yoga welcomes the notion that we already have and are enough (we do not need to be 'fixed' or 'saved'), and the practice is a journey of coming home to that Truth.

I believe that Yoga (that of pranayama, asana, meditation and self-inquiry), is a tool for freedom and helps us ground back to our natural state.
CLASS STYLES
I offer multiple classes per week (around 10), no two the same, but can be split into different styles. If you are new to yoga & pilates please get in touch so I can advise which class would be the most suitable for your individual body.
