

WELCOME
Perhaps what draws me most to yoga and meditation is that it does not demand anything specific outside of oneself - it is always accessible to us, as long as we remain open and curious. It is a practice which truly meets you where you are. I believe that the holistic approach of yoga welcomes the notion that we already have and are enough (we do not need to be 'fixed' or 'saved'), and the practice is a journey of coming home to being.
I believe that Yoga (that of pranayama, asana, meditation and self-inquiry), is a tool for freedom and helps us ground back to our natural state.
CLASS STYLES
I offer multiple classes per week (around 10), no two the same, but can be split into two styles. Or if you are new to yoga then my beginners workshop is the perfect way to begin your journey.
