THE VENUE
Held at the Old School Tidenham Chase. This gives us access to some of the most abundant, wild and truly magic walks in the area. It's a bit of a local secret!
The inspiration for these events…
Inward is a seasonal continuation from my sold out day retreats - Tend, Unfurl & Bloom - they are my most popular offering and we have had over 100 of you join us on these to date. At the heart of these day retreats, is the gentle inquiry ‘how do I best take care of myself? What practices help me feel a deep sense of wholeness from within?’
In a world that is constantly pushing us to be doing more, achieving more and in turn, pouring our energy outward, can we spend a day connecting to a sense of simply being, a day pouring nourishment back in?
I frame all of my offerings with the context of embodied yoga philosophy, so that it is possible to not just understand the teachings of yoga intellectually and how they support our lives, but to actually feel them deeply in our own body-minds through movement, stillness, breath, sound and meditation.
These events are carefully curated to bring together a balance of practices which help support your wellbeing in the very deepest sense. We cannot wait to welcome you.

​Although the structure is the same, the theme and content of the day is deeply inspired by the seasons, so each one feels wildly different. Folks often comment on how much slowing down and nourishment can be accessed in one day, when we really set the intention to show up for ourselves. Most people come on their own, some come with one other person. We have many, many returning guests to these days!

THE WORKSHOP
'Returning to Whole'
Join beautiful Emma as she guides us into restful release and self connection, through holistic, supportive skincare, Qi cultivation, Gua Sha and Facial Massage. Learn self care rituals to amplify your own home routine. If you have attended previous day retreats, please know each time this workshop is different to mirror the seasons and utilises a different techniques. Its literally the same as getting a holistic facial, but learning to do it yourself! You will receive a sample size of Seabuckthorn Oil to use for the workshop (living libations). Whether you are completely new to this workshop, or have done it many times - its like getting a holistic facial but with energy work like Qijong.
