Our deepest intention is that in our company, you feel both held in community, and spacious in equal measure. We hope you leave retreat feeling whole, rested and connected.

RETREAT TESTIMONIALS
THE YOGA

Tayler believes that Yoga is a living, breathing, full-bodied practice. A practice that supports us in finding deeper connection, meaning & balance within our bodies, our relationships and the wider world.
Yoga shapes Tayler's life ... it is always felt, never performed and it is from a place of feeling and sensing that she facilitates each class. Tayler’s teaching style is intuitive, nourishing, non-judgmental, heart-felt and fluid. Her classes are always evolving with life and dance between tradition and the never ending revelation of each moment.
In terms of the twice daily practices, this retreat will offer a balance of Vinyasa, Pilates, Meditation and Rest. Tayler thoughtfully weaves non-dual philosophical teachings that are particularly inspirational at the time of Spring, as a consistent thread throughout the retreat. The morning Vinyasa classes will invite you to feel deeply into your own unique body with energising, playful, dynamic movement. The evening practices will nourish and support you into very deep and embodied Rest. Tayler feels compelled to share the importance of prioritising uninterrupted time to rest back into the wholeness of being. We will meditate in the sweet company of Mother Nature every morning.
THE FOOD

from our wonderful chef and dining host, Melis...
Some of our fondest memories are spent around a dining table with good company, so providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience is particularly important to us. During the retreat, we want to use mealtimes as a means to bring us together, connect, reflect and unwind as the days begin and end. Considering the physical nature of deep and energising yoga practice, we want to offer seasonal, homemade food that is both nutritious and nourishing (here to remind you that truly healthy & nourishing food, can taste absolutely amazing).
Think fresh spring dishes made using locally sourced fruit and veg, homemade granola and energy balls, dips, flatbreads and warming golden mylk. All food will be vegetarian and vegan, and we will cater to dietary requirements accordingly. We are also excited to offer the option of to enjoy a gin and tonic made using local small batch gin (best enjoyed by the fire pit under the stars!) .
